Delete your Boosterr data
You can request deletion of your Boosterr player profile and associated personal data without reinstalling or signing in to the game. Requests are handled by the EpicTale Games team at Grupa Kavarito Sp. z o.o.

1. Send your request
Email play@epictalegames.com with the subject Boosterr player profile deletion request. Include your player alias or profile code if you have it. If you no longer have access to the app, explain that in your message and share only the information you have that may help us find the profile.
You do not have to provide a password, invitation code, session token, payment-card details or identity document with your initial request. A parent or guardian can also contact us about a child’s profile.
2. Identify the right profile
We will review the request and may ask for proportionate additional information before taking irreversible action. This helps prevent another person from deleting your data. We will explain any verification needed and respond within the time limits of applicable law.
3. Understand what deletion means
A request for full profile deletion covers the associated profile identifiers, saved gameplay progress and collection, and personal data in social and activity records controlled by us, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Deletion can permanently remove your progress and collected items.
Records needed for a legal obligation, an unresolved dispute or a security incident may have to be retained for that purpose. We will explain any exception when responding. Backup copies may persist until replaced. Independently held Google advertising data is managed under Google’s own privacy controls.
4. Remove local data if you choose
You can clear Boosterr’s app data or uninstall it to remove local settings and session files. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete the server-side profile. Send the request above if you want us to address server data as well.
You may also request access, correction or deletion of specific data without requesting deletion of the entire profile. State what you would like in your message.
